0000145: bad ARGV support

Description

there\'s bug in argv[] passing to application. I used teradesk to test it with > 128 characters long path, result is argv[0] = filename without path and argv[n], n>1 is empty. In n.aes it works OK.

(0000176) mikro (developer) 2006-01-18 00:59	I checked it yesterday and it seems ok. Bad thing is I checked it against XaAES compiled on 6.1.2006 and I wasn\'t able to reproduce it, too. I should write exact steps how to reach described state :/ It\'s true there was a lot of bugs in Teradesk itself and they were fixed so maybe this is the reason... all in all, I\'ve tried a lot of various combinations (jinnee, thing, teradesk) with XaAES and it works ok.
