When something complains, I have a copy of that missing file somplace else, and move it to where it belongs. Downloaded all the 1.16.0 files, and found, with md5sum, they all had the proper checksum. I unpacked the tar.gz files, and the tar.bz2 file, which takes a very long time on a 32 MHz machine. Put, from all that, the mint program in the auto folder, and copied the 1.16.0 folder to my mint folder, as the instructions say, took out all my autofolder stuff and accessories, and rebooted, and got almost the same results as before. The kernel quit loading, with a bus error, or maybe six or seven of them, at the same point, where the /fat/vfat/vfat32 routine tries to load. Mint030.prg is 290,654 bytes. Should it be something else? My tcp_sendsegment bug is still alive. Was not a flaky drive doing that. Do want to fix that one. I do believe that 1.16.0 runs on a TT. Maybe it's my monitor, a TTM195. What do I do to get 1.16.0 to run on this TT? I have jumped through all the proper hoops, and changed nothing.
