It even has a utility to translate RSC files and can do graphics (using X) and pop up ALERT boxes! I don't know the status of GFA Basic currently, but it doesn't look like it would be too difficult to drop the X portions of X11-Basic and add in the missing TOS/GEM calls and you'd have an open-source GFA Basic.
