Hi,
Maybe I am the idiot and am missing something! Can you explain why you want the AES to handle keyup/keydown events (what situation did this come up in? what other solutions did you consider before wanting to extend the OS? etc), and why, oh why, do you need 16bit scan codes when we aren't even close to having keyboards with 256 keys?
