Even if the g++ compiler exists, it does not mean it produces correct
code. I tested it by compiling both snes9x and scummvm (which requires
g++ 3), and both crashes at start.

Somebody with a fast Atari (not an emulator) should build gcc from
scratch, doing the various stages (to check for differences in binary),
and running the g++ testsuite.

Using an emulator is not an option, because there may be bugs in cpu/fpu
emulation that may occur.
