I too would be a lot more interested in development if I could push my 
dev sparemint site live (directly) and get it running to suit the 
community...  The submission process is so undefined.  I make a package 
and I think it works but I submit and it doesn't get included 
(freetype).  Some packages I submit did move.  Who knows... :)
