Hello,

Just a small info:
If you are only interested in C and C++ languages compilers, you can
only take gcc-core and gcc-c++ archives. Depacked, both sources only
takes ~150 MB.
For a 3stage native build on x86, it took approx 850 MB to build.
So yes, it means having at least 1 GB of disk space to build it, if you
use the default configuration. See the gcc install doc for make
parameters needed to use less space.
