Hello.

The cross-compiler GCC 4.3.1 for MiNT is available here:
http://vincent.riviere.free.fr/soft/m68k-atari-mint/

The provided binaries run on Cygwin/Windows and produces executables for 
MiNT/TOS.

I didn't notice any difference from GCC 4.3.0.

There is still a little issue: the 68000 libraries provided by GCC are 
stored in lib/m68000 instead of lib, probably due to a multilib 
misconfiguration. But it does not cause any problem.
