Helmut has made quite a few advances in this, but considers it to many
(since he began) to make incremental updates atm, so there is the
problem of testing before all his work can be committed.

I am happy with doing the process of submitting the incremental
patches as required, especially with the other patches recently
updated, but I need to have Helmuts sources.

I have the bandwidth to be able to get new CVS regularly, so they
would be very accurate. I suspect that only certain parts would be
useful as incremental patches tho, as other changes are more involved,
but they can be left till after a kernel point relese has been made.

Either that, or all Helmuts changes should be committed, and the
resulting use an testing can be used as a basis to iron out anything
important.

Some parts maybe should be left initially (or not) like the fix for
unloading a KM which was not considered appropriate. It was due to a
lack of KM development and clarity rather than a poor solution..
