Only today I managed to copy it to my mega ste and test it. After some fiddling around with mint.cnf/xaaes.cnf (I have no usable easymint installation on that machine, so I trimmed it down to a krapmint level) I managed to boot into xaaes/teradesk succesfully! Two caveats though: a) Loading scc.xdd makes the machine hang during boot b) Trying to launch any program (even a 50-byte one) resulted in teradesk complaining about kmalloc fail (out of memory?) and wouldn't run the program. I tried to unload almost all xdd/xfs modules but it still wouldn't budge. All in all, good stuff! P.S. I couldn't find inet4.xdd in the cvs build, isn't that needed for tcp to start working? My goal on the mste is to have a minimal setup for using my netusbee to ftp stuff from and to the machine. -- Best regards, George mailto:ggn@hol.gr
