Personally, I would have loved to see the Debian MiNT flavor (done by NoCrew, back in the days) up and modernized. But since Alan has already put a bunch of effort into Gentoo, the choice (for now) is simple! I never liked RPMs much, and Gentoo's BSD-like ports tree is awesome. Keep it up Alan.
