Unfortunately, my previous tape unit died and, though I got a new one, it isn't the same model. So Gemar doesn't work with it - or, rather, it works with limitations -. The author of Gemar seems to have retired, and as both the adresses I know of bounced, I have no way to contact him. So I can't get a key for my new device. So I'm getting anxious, because in case of crash... :-( Murphy, keep quiet! :-( Is there another software that could allow me to use my SCSI tape (I've got lots of tapes that contain useful data which I'd like to be able to retrieve) and that could be so easy as Gemar ? Thanks in advance, J.-Luc
