I have built a new PML package for SpareMiNT.  Mshort support has been 
removed and Coldfire support has been added utilizing Vincent's patches.

If anyone wants to take a look before it goes into SpareMiNT.  It will 
currently conflict when using RPM to install.

Once the new MiNTLib is ready, the installation order of the packages will 
be:

Update mintbin (already built, forthcoming)
Update mintlib (its looking for newer mintbin which resolves ar.h conflict)
Update math library (PML or hopefully soon Fdlibm, this will restore math.h)

I am going to start digging into Fdlibm now.
