I would love to have such an Board in my MegaST and I would also like to
see mint running on it ;) ! 

But It believe it's much work to be compatible with these old Ataris, so,
Those who need to maintain the GCC target should decide if it can be
supported... 
I think less work for the old stuff will result in better support for the
newer stuff...
