At M0n0's suggestion I have spent the past week or so trying
to build Netsurf and after a lot of help from M0n0 I have
managed it.

It's not too difficult you just need to have the right
dependencies built and installed and use some tweaked
scripts.

With a bit of luck I can rebuld it every month or so to
add the latest changes from the source repository.
